Sureguard LLC is a healthcare startup focused on providing testing to nursing homes around the country. Our testing facilities are currently concentrating on COVID-19 testing and we are in the process of opening several new facilities and are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist who is interested in learning, growing, and thriving with our company. This opportunity is FULL-TIME with 10 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. This is an IMMEDIATE hiring opportunity.

  • $25 - $35/hour depending on experience and qualification


Perform a wide variety of patient care activities, including but not limited to:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Excellent bedside manner and ability to make patients feel at ease
  • Able to pull, push or lift 30-50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods and walk throughout the facility
  • Low level data entry
  • Open and close testing sites
  • Clean rooms after procedures, clean and disinfect equipment, restock supplies
  • Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Phlebotomist Certification
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assure all tests are labeled accurately and shipped to lab for processing
  • Maintenance of clinical record and documentation
  • Accurately document patient information in accordance with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures in Sureguard system to report results of testing
  • Perform both Rapid Antigen and PCR COVID-19 testing on all employees and residents in assigned facilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of principles of safe and accurate medical administration
  • Qualifications
  • Follow Personal Protective Equipment compliance during testing procedures to meet infection control compliance
  • Appears friendly, reassuring and approachable to patients

Perform administrative duties while not on-call, Including but not limited to:

  • Ability to verify information on current patients
  • Understanding of administrative tasks
  • Computer literate
  • Completing tasks as asked
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all types of people
