Requirements
Job Requirements:
  • Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, prepare teaching materials, and assess student progress effectively.
  • Classroom Management: Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment and maintain discipline.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods and strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
  • Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required. (depending on job type)
  • Teaching Certification: Valid teaching certification/license in the relevant subject area and grade level.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using educational technology tools, such as interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and educational software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student populations.
  • Subject Knowledge: Thorough understanding and expertise in the subject area being taught.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting, preferably in the same subject area and grade level.
