Center Store Manager Jobs

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Center Store Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $32.63.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Center Store Manager Responsibilities

Our Center Store Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, Coaching, mentoring, l, and training department staff and DSD vendors
• Maintaining continuous improvement checklists and standards
• Analyzing financials and identify opportunities for improvement
• Supporting the general manager/store manager in all phases of day-to-day store operations
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Merchandising product

Minmum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum of two plus (2+) years' work in grocery/center store leadership
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
• Education:
• Experience:
• Strong understanding of retail operations
