Job Description
McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits.

  • Dispatch between 10 pm and 12 am.
  • Average 1st Year Salary for Driver Trainee: $75,000.
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, tuition reimbursement program, and more.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, and more.
  • Shuttle Driver position is sometimes available.
    • Average Salary: $55,000 - $62,000.
    • No Touch and Home Daily Routes.
  • Average Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
  • Many route options available.
  • 401(k) with annual company match.
  • Average Salary: $55,000 - $62,000.
  • Home Daily Routes - 4 Day Work Week.
  • Discount programs.
  • Sign-on bonus: up to $20,000, depending on experience.
  • Training available to drivers with CDL-A license who need more road time.

  • Touch Freight - Ramp and Handcart Delivery.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
  • Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Recent CDL graduate drivers.
