We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Delivery Driver currently based in our Baldwin Park, CA warehouse.*This position will be permanently based in our new 26-acre Chino, CA Warehouse opening in early 2023.

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the delivery and rotation of product to our In-N-Out Burger restaurant locations and satellite warehouses.

About Our Fleet:
  • Great Dane trailer with lift gates and electric pallet jack (no ramps)
  • Quiet Reefer (Carrier brand)
  • 389 Peterbilt Classic Day Cabs
  • 13-speed transmission/Eaton

General Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties with pride; Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
  • Be responsible for the delivery and rotation of product
  • Operate an electric pallet jack, forklift, lift gates, hand trucks, dolly
  • Operate company truck to provide daily deliveries to In-N-Out Burger restaurants located in Southern California
  • Move large product racks
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer service relationships
  • Ensure that our customers receive only the freshest, highest quality ingredients
  • Complete some warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, and order pulling for the store deliveries

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Pay Range is $29.00-$35.00 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
  • Start time: 12:00 am (10-hour shifts)
  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Free meals on work days
  • Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as needed Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance
  • Four (4) nights per week; Rotating Schedule

Qualifications
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Strong initiative; Ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis
  • Smith System certified driver (preferred)
  • Must be able pass a company administered driving test and be able to properly operate a 10-speed and 13-speed transmission
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience Food Service delivery, restaurant or beverage delivery experience (preferred)
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience as a CDL holder delivery driver (required)
  • Valid Class A driver’s license (required)
