Total settlements include:

• Equipment Transition Bonus: $500
• Weekly settlements via direct deposit
• Additional Incentives:
• 72% of line haul revenue split (% of miles ran x total line haul x 0.72)
• Driver Referral Bonus: $3,750
• Average Loads per week: 4 with average weekly line haul net: $3,500.
• 100% of accessorials (including stop, detention and fuel)
• Current rates average $2.38 per mile
• Orientation Sign-on Bonus: $1,500

Equipment Requirements

• Must have a newer model truck (less than 10 years old) that meets TransLand’s standards

Qualifications

• Seeking owner operators located within 40 miles of Chicago, IL
• Stable work history
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer OTR driving experience
• Must have CDL A license
