Cdl A Dedicated Regional/Otr Dry Van Driver (3233)

Andrus Transportation Service is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional/OTR Dry Van Drivers in Las Vegas, NV to run our dedicated route between Petsmart DC in Reno and locations in Seattle with returns looping south through Southern California. Compensation:

• Average Pay: $65,000, many drivers make more depending on their driving experience and skills. Drivers are paid a competitive base CPM (based on a graduated pay scale based on experience) with 2,600 average miles weekly

Additional Pay:

• Performance Bonuses (mileage, Idle and fuel efficiency): Amounts vary, talk to your recruiter
• $3,000 sign-on bonus. Paid out $500 each quarter and $1,000 on the first anniversary
• Longevity Bonus: Quarterly 3 CPM bonus after 1 year of Employment

Accessorial Pay:

• Layover and Breakdown Pay – Driver will be paid $18 per hour. Breakdown and Layover pay is capped at 5 hours or $90.
• Detention – Drivers will be paid $18 per hour after the first two hours
• Weekly pay available on your Comdata Card or via Direct Deposit

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Level of Touch: Preloaded with live unloads
• Route: Pick up Monday afternoon in Sparks, NV (Reno). Deliver Wednesday midmorning in Seattle - Live unload. Return trips to Southern California and back to Reno. Drivers can live in Reno, Seattle, Las Vegas or Southern California
• Home Time & Schedule: Home 2 days a week

• Personal Fleet Manager
• Premium interior packages – TV, refrigerator, and microwave
• Inward / Outward Cameras: activated on incident
• Automatic Transmission
• 100% Prepass and Electronic log equipped
• Qualcomm & Transflow Systems
• Late model Freightliner & Volvo trucks. No older than 3 model years

Qualifications:

• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Las Vegas, NV
• Must have a CDL A License
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledge of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• 0 DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Must be at least 23 years old, have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class-A driving experience with a clean driving record for the last 5 years
