Martin Transportation Systems is hiring a CDL A Dedicated Local Dry Van Driver in Grand Rapids, MI. The driver will haul automotive freight on a dedicated route within 300 miles from Grand Rapids, MI. Compensation:

• Average weekly pay up to $2,370
• Detention / Breakdown Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
• Clean Inspection Bonus: $75
• Pay based on flat rate trips with earnings up to $395/day
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 paid in first two-weeks
• Employee Referral Bonus: $1,000
• Paid via direct deposit weekly
• Performance based Safety Bonus: 2 CPM paid monthly

• Monday through Saturday schedule

• Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight
• Home daily
• Route: Dedicated route within 300 miles from Byron Center, MI

Equipment:

• Slip Seating
• Late Model Freightliner Cascadia and Coronado
• Inward/Outward facing cameras, event triggered only
• Govern speed 68 MPH
• 10-speed manual

Qualifications:

• Offer is contingent upon successfully completing DOT drug screen and background check
• Must have a minimum of 6 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record within last 5 years
• Must have CDL A license
• 0 DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 miles of Byron Center, MI or be willing to relocate for this position
