Job Description

Overview

The Child Development Division (CDD) is recruiting for a CDD Process/Policy Administrator. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating work involving promulgation of rules/regulations and policies, budget integration and monitoring, contracting/grant processes, and program support functions for the Child Development Division (CDD) within the Department for Children and Families (DCF), Vermont Agency of Human Services (AHS). Responsibilities include rule-making, budgeting, development and implementation of contracts/grants, and other administrative processes as well as participation in the formulation of divisional plans, objectives, policies and procedures for the CDD. Work requires interaction with community partners, contractors, grantees, and state employees. Work is performed under the general direction of CDD's Policy Director.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years or more of professional experience with State or human service programs.

OR

Associate’s degree and six (6) years or more of professional experience with State or human service programs.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years or more of professional experience with State or human service programs.
