: Responsible for welcoming new and repeat guests every visit Be knowledgeable of all menu items so you can make meal suggestions and answer questionsVerify each guest order for accuracy, manage “to-go” orders, process POS transactions and follow cash handling proceduresOperate cash register and must be able to count money and give change correctlyAssist with front line food preparation procedures such as packaging Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality productsMust be able to work with others and communicate effectively with cooks and managers in a busy restaurant environmentAbility to listen, communicate and work well with others in a busy restaurant environmentFollows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and proceduresCount register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be clean, neat, and well groomedMust have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employeesFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to produce authorized U.S. work documentsPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar rolesPreferred: Fluent in English and Spanish
