Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. One year computer experience. Previous clerical or cashiering experience preferred. Ability to work well with the public, courteous and professional; while working under time demands.

Duties

Assists the public in receipting of all tax payments and revenues. Daily balancing of Cash Drawer and prepare daily deposit. Basic office tasks, issuing ballots, and assist others in office as needed. This position is face to face, email, and phone contact with customers.

Hours

Hours are scheduled full day of eight hours, minimum of 24 hours per week. During busy months, five days per week are scheduled. Possible schedule could be April 1st to November four days a week if requested and agreed by Department Head.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $17.66 - $22.90 per hour, depending on experience. Position is eligible for vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and state pension.
