POSITION INFORMATION

• Location: 94 E Main St, Franklin, TN 37064
• Position: Cashier
• Pay Rate: $7.25/hr +tips (averaging $20-25 an hour)

Job Summary

The Cashier's responsibility is to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such a fantastic time that they will want to return.

Essential Qualifications

• Multi-tasking and problem-solving: Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and beverage frequently weighing up to 20 to 30 pounds.
• Must be self-disciplined, take initiative, have leadership skills and must be outgoing.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass the federally mandated E-Verify process.
• Must have a pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Able to conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner under all circumstances, including in a high paced environment.
• Previous restaurant experience highly preferred.
• Must have an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
