Schedules: PRN options (depends on preferred work availability and case assigned)

• Includes morning, afternoon, evening and weekends

Responsibilities:
Work responsibilities of a caregiver may vary depending on client's or patient's need. You may provide assistance by:

• Transportation: groceries or doctor's appointment
• Companionship: providing emotional support such as going for walk, playing board games, shopping or any light-outdoor activities.
• Other: assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
• Light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes and changing linens.
• Personal care: assistance in bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, eating and mobility

Before You Apply, Do You Qualify?

• Must pass background check (no criminal records or driving history)
• Minimum one (1) year of documented successful caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Outstanding attitude and desire to be a team member
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (we can help with this if you are not current)
