Job Description

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aids wanting to make a difference in the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

$15.00-$16.00/HOUR

CAREGIVER/HOME HEALTH AID Benefits Include:

CAREGIVER/HOME HEALTH AID Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Alzheimer’s Care
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
  • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

*No previous caregiving experience required - skills training provided by Home Instead*

CAREGIVER/HOME HEALTH AID Requirements Include:

  • Clear Criminal and Background Record
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Dependable Vehicle
  • Current Auto Insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
