Touchmark at All Saints is Sioux Falls’ leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently adding to our talented team of Caregivers in our Memory Care Neighborhood.
Hiring Full-Time
Days (7:00am-3:30pm)
Evenings (3:00pm-11:30pm)
You will LOVE working at Touchmark!!

• Caregiver starts at $17.25 per hour , plus shift differential of $1.50 per hour for evenings, overnights, and weekends!!
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) – earn up to 69 hours in your first 12 months and then up to 120 hours at month 13! That’s 3 weeks after 12 months of service for full-time team members!

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
