Job Description
We are looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers— we call ours Care Professionals— to become a part of our Home Instead family and join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. All shifts are available! Including weekends, mornings, evenings, and overnights.


We proudly serve Mahoning and Trumbull Counties - Areas could include (but are not limited to): Youngstown, Warren, Boardman, Brookfield, Campbell, Canfield, Columbiana, Farmdale, Girard, Howland, Hubbard, Kinsman, Liberty, Mineral Ridge, New Middletown, Newton Falls, Poland, and Struthers.


Duties And Responsibilities


Companionship and conversation; Personal care; Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation; Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities; Medication assistance and/or reminders; Alzheimer's Care.


Caregiver Skills And Qualifications


Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect; Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner; Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen; Possess a valid Ohio driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and two forms of identification.
