Job Summary:The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes. Responsibilities can include but not limited to:

• Transportation
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Communicate professionally with families and your team
• Housekeeping
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Memory Care

Qualifications:

• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record
• This is a "live in" position, requiring staff to stay with client for 3-4 days.
• Ability to pass a background screening
