Alpha Senior Concepts, Memory Care Community, is accepting applications for CAREGIVER!

Full or part time positions are available on AM or PM shift, 12- hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.

Caregiver qualifications include:

• Record of good attendance
• CNA Training a Plus!
• CBRF Certifications a Plus!
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia a Plus!

Caregivers are responsible to:

• Build positive relationships with co-workers
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
• Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
• Communicate change of condition to supervisor in a timely manner
• Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
• Demonstrate empathy and develop a caring rapport with residents
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
