  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and career development best practices to provide up-to-date and relevant advice to clients.
  • Conduct Individual Coaching Sessions: Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to understand their unique career goals, assess their strengths and areas for development, and create customized action plans.
  • Resume and LinkedIn Profile Review: Provide expert feedback on clients' resumes and LinkedIn profiles, optimizing their personal brand to stand out in the job market.
  • Professional Development: Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance clients' marketability and career advancement prospects.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Foster relationships with potential employers, industry professionals, and educational institutions to expand clients' network and create potential job opportunities.
  • Career Exploration: Assist clients in exploring diverse career opportunities based on their interests, skills, and values. Utilize assessments and exercises to help clients gain clarity about their career direction.
  • Career Transitions: Guide clients through career transitions, such as job changes, promotions, industry shifts, or entrepreneurial pursuits, by offering support, encouragement, and practical advice.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with industry-specific job markets and hiring practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate clients effectively.
  • 2 years of proven experience as a Career Coach, Human Resources professional, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of career development theories, coaching techniques, and assessment tools.
