We manage and integrate all aspects of device service, including patient education, in-clinic device checks, emergency service, remote monitoring, clinical reporting, billing and more. Hours: Tuesday through Friday - 2:30pm to 12:30am (MST) with potential Sunday Shifts.

The Cardiac Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Comply with HIPAA regulations
• Technical support knowledge of remote monitors
• Ability to multitask and provide highest quality of service
• Assist with remote monitor set up and maintaining connection
• Adhere to alert notification protocols, ensuring they are followed in a timely manner
• Managing the care of Telemetry and Event patients, including calling offline patients to maintain compliance and recording symptoms for patient-initiated events
• Triaging 100% of ECG strips as they come in from patient monitors
• Responsible for educating/assisting patients regarding remote monitoring
• Documenting all clinic interaction
• Provide detailed notations of patient conversations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Cardiac Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician certification (CRAT)
• Minimum of 1-year cardiac technician experience in related field
