Cardiac Clinic Nurse Assistant

Position Summary:

• Perform EKG's, perform and document vital signs, weight, and height.
• Ensure all exam rooms are stocked with linens and supplies.
• Maintain patient and employee confidentiality and treat all patients and coworkers with respect.
• Clean EKG machines and BP equipment.
• Utilize the electronic medical record to care for patients.
• Complete request forms for lab draws, assist with staple removal, and walk-in blood pressure checks.

Position Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Basic Life Support Certification required

• Prior nurse assistance experience strongly preferred

• Prior EKG experience preferred
