Job Description
Lansing Car Wash is the premier car wash near the capital, and we are growing. We need to staff it with a Rockstar team! A top-quality car wash that is fast, affordable, and environmentally friendly.
We are hiring a Car Wash Team Member to join our friendly team and fun outdoor atmosphere! Our employees take pride in their work and strive for excellence ensuring that customers have the best experience each time they visit our car wash.
Earn $12-16 per hour + Commission for each membership sold.
Job Requirements:
  • Must pass background check
  • Must enjoy working with people
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to hustle with a SMILE on your face
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual is a plus; Spanish/Creole
  • Applicants MUST be clean cut and professional in appearance
  • Be enthusiastic

Job Responsibilities:
  • Take customer orders, offer benefits of Unlimited Memberships, sell Unlimited Memberships within 15-30 seconds (very fast paced).
  • Learn Lansing Car Wash’s Core Values prior to working your first shift (you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent off premise to learn and test at 100%).
  • Interact with customers and ensure they are satisfied with their Lansing Car Wash Experience as it relates to SPEED, QUALITY and HOSPITALITY.
  • Guide Customers onto Conveyor using hand signals (up to 100 per hour).
  • Learn Lansing Car Wash’s Service Menu and Unlimited Scripts inside out / 100% prior to working your first shift (you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent off premise to learn and test at 100%).
