Opening Spring of 2023, Eco-Friendly Auto Spa in Carlsbad, CA. We are looking to hire a qualified candidate with Car Wash Management experience to lead a team and run operations.

Requirements for the Car Wash Manager:

• We are looking for leadership and training skills, organizational efficiency, and customer service skills.
• A professional with management or supervisory experience, preferably in the Express Car Wash industry.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable and comfortable with mechanics, although equipment-specific training will be provided. The position includes scheduling equipment maintenance, calibrating timing and inspecting wash quality, maintaining supplies, facility upkeep, hiring, training,
• Candidate must have high energy, and be able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
