Carolindica specializes in the manufacture of federally legal hemp products, focused on top quality consumer goods. We are rapidly expanding and searching for individuals who can leverage their sales abilities to create new revenue channels. This involves building business to business relationships between resellers of our products, including storefronts, distributors and other resale outlets. The territory can be anywhere in the United States and sales can be made in person or over the phone. We handle the payments and the shipment of products, while you handle the communications and negotiations between clients and our team.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in company’s CRM system (Hubspot) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
- Negotiate price points with clients to maintain strong profit margins
- Achieve revenue and unit expectations
- Resolve client concerns and nurture long lasting partnerships.
- Sell and close new and existing clients to stock their shelves with our specially crafted products
- Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offering to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.
- Make calls and in person visits to establish relationships and build your book of business from the ground up
- Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma - Required
- 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing, particularly business to business sales
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
