Expected Work Schedule For The Lancaster Campus Minister

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the IFI retreat.

Pay Structure For a Lancaster Campus Minister

IFI provides training in order to equip Lancaster Campus Ministers in personal fundraising. The Lancaster Campus Minister will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Lancaster Campus Minister can expect a salary of $24,960-$72,800 based on experience and other factors.

About the area and Responsibilities of a Lancaster Campus Minister:

Not only does Lancaster County boast of farmlands, family style feasts and the Amish, it's also a great location to meet students from all over the world. Between Millersville University and Franklin and Marshall College, there are over 500 international students ready to receive hospitality and to make a friend. It's a great place to live and minister to students from all over the world.

The Lancaster Campus Minister will evangelize and disciple international students, scholars, and their families by building friendships, connecting with student associations, and hosting cultural events and Bible studies. The Lancaster Campus Minister will also mobilize other Christians to serve on a campus ministry team, pursue creative ways to share the Gospel, and develop culture-specific outreaches.

Qualifications needed of a Lancaster Campus Minister, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Lancaster Campus Minister must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Lancaster Campus Minister must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

Education/Experience Preferred For a Lancaster Campus Minister

• Minimum of one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of IFI ISEED Program
• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
