Cabin Cleaner Jobs

Candidates must provide their own cleaning materials, such as cleaning solutions, rags, vacuum, and mop.
**Linens and amenities will be supplied by us.
NO CHILDREN allowed on the premises due to liability concerns.
You must have a working cell phone and GPS system enabled to travel remotely from one property to the next. Familiarity with Sevier County is a plus. AWD or FWD vehicle is recommended.
We do not work on Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Candidates will be required to work on all other major holidays. Weekends are mandatory, especially on Sunday.
Candidates will be W2 Employee and required to sign a contract upon hiring. Bonus after 90 day probationary period.
Candidate is responsible for removing trash/refuse from each property assigned.
Price Sheet is as follows::
1 Bdrm (600 sq ft) - $40
2 Bdrm (800 sq ft) - $50
3 Bdrm (1,000 sq ft) - $60
3 Bdrm (2,200 sq ft) - $80
3 Bdrm (2,400 sq ft) - $100
4 Bdrm (3,400 sq ft) - $115
5 Bdrm (1,400 sq ft) - $80
Duties include but not limited to::
**Changing out bed linens and towels
**Dusting
**Cleaning kitchens and putting away dishes
**Cleaning bathrooms
**Cleaning living space
**Emptying garbage receptacles
**Vacuuming
**Mopping
**Drain, rinse, and refilling Hot Tubs
