Purpose of Role:

The Cabin Attendant/Cabin Manager will be responsible for the in-cabin preparations, passenger experience and post-flight duties on our large cabin corporate aircraft. While providing a five-star service level to elite and VIP clientele, this position will require maintaining the safety responsibilities onboard the aircraft for both domestic and international flights. In this role, the cabin attendant will be a highly motivated team player who has a keen attention to detail and a resourceful intuition.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of Aircare FACTS, Flight Safety or equivalent FAA certified training program
• Must be able to travel to and from Canada
• English speaking
• Must hold a valid passport and driver license
• Must display excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to assist with loading and unloading of supplies, etc.
• CPR / AED First Aid Training
• Must be able travel for training or other company requirements
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and be flexible to a changing schedule
• Must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED, with college degree preferred
• Must be a clear and concise verbal and written communicator
• Strong culinary / fine dining experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation for traveling to / from the aircraft as needed

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic trips through the cabin to ensure safety, passenger comfort, and maintain cabin cleanliness.
• Provide a high level of service to the client while ensuring the safety and comfort of each aircraft passenger during flight.
• Shop for any/all items the passengers have specially requested to be on board for their flight.
• Operate audio, video, and internet systems.
• Greet passengers and assist with their personal belongings.
• Complete pre-flight, in-flight, post-flight paperwork and expense exports in a timely fashion.
• Update, manage, and maintain the assigned aircrafts' cabin profile as needed to ensure they remain accurate.
• Check to ensure that food, beverages, blankets/bedding, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are on board and are in adequate supply for the trip and amount of passengers.
• Plan and prepare food for passengers and crew.
• Inspect, clean, sanitize and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after every leg.
• Ensure the aircraft is ALWAYS prepared for a flight: clean and stocked.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the STA In-Flight Manager or Owner of the aircraft.
• Assist passengers while entering or disembarking the aircraft. Determine special assistance needs of small children, the elderly or disabled passengers.
• Facilitate and manage passenger’s requests for food and drinks.

Department: In-Flight

Location: Santa Ana (SNA), Must reside in the U.S. however relocation to SNA not necessary

Reports to: In-Flight Manager/Assistant In-Flight Manager

Position type: Full-time

Compensation: 65K - 150K

Schedule: 17DAYS ON with 14DAYS OFF a month

$60 a month towards phone bill

$10 a day for phone bill on international trips

Per diem $2.50 HR on domestic
