WORKING ENVIRONMENT
With some exceptions, the normal duty day is 14 hours. However, international travel and duty may require you to work beyond that.
  • The minimum rest period is 10 hours, with extended rest periods after specific international duty periods.
  • Expect and be prepared for turbulence during cabin service, especially when carrying hot liquids and beverages.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, lift, and work in small spaces.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods.
  • Passengers bring baggage and cargo of various sizes that the crew will handle.
  • Must be flexible to adapt to ever-changing flight schedules and delays.
What To Expect If Hired
New hires undergo basic indoctrination at Cirrus Aviation Headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada—For approximately two weeks. Indoc consists of but is not limited to, company policy and procedures, general emergency training, fleet-specific training, and hands-on service training.
After completing Indoc training, cabin hosts begin initial operating experience (IOE) training with cabin instructors. The time for IOE completion and sign-off is at the trainers and managements discretion.
Requirements
The following are the requirements for the position:
  • We expect our cabin hosts to have first-aid training and a complete understanding of safety and emergency procedures.
  • Must have high-level spoken and written English language skills. Multilingual applicants are preferred.
  • Must have at least three years of corporate cabin crew experience, ensuring that those who successfully apply for private charter flight attendant jobs are well-versed in whats required.
  • Must have required paperwork and documents for employment in the US, a valid passport, drivers license, and vaccines needed for international missions.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a TSA background check.
  • Applicants with experience working in five-star hotels or on luxury yachts are also desirable because it clearly indicates that applicants have the skill set to provide the highest service levels to VIP clients.
  • We expect our cabin hosts to have exceptional organizational skills, work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
