Location: Minnetonka, MN - 55117

Duration: 06+ Months on W2

Shift Timings: 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.

Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.

May require a bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

High School diploma required.

BS degree preferred.

Note

Looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of purchasing experience, a 4-year degree in business or technical field, SAP knowledge (or ERP equivalent), advanced Excel knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.

2-4 years of experience

A buyer with project experience

Someone who can support projects, EUMDR projects, various projects to support business rebranding, supply chain projects for materials, Buyer support for changes with the European market

Project BG Preferred, Not Required

Med device BG helpful, but not required

Mechanical commodities more mechanical BG = stronger candidates

Deadline focused driven, responsible, work independently
