Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Drive strategic change and process optimization within the organization, particularly in areas related to digital channels and platforms (informational, transactional and engagement), that is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with department heads and team members to understand their needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, including project scoping, stakeholder engagement, data collection, analysis, solution design, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business transformation and process optimization.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to quantify process performance and establish baseline metrics using the relevant tools and assessments.
  • Design and implement streamlined processes that integrate best practices, automation, and digital tools to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence within the EPF.
  • Utilize the relevant business process reengineering tools and techniques to analyze current business processes, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas of inefficiency.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement technology solutions that support process enhancements.
  • Train and mentor staff on process improvement methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Have led successful process improvement projects, resulting in measurable enhancements in operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Certification in business process reengineering and business transformation preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience in business process reengineering, process improvement, or business transformation roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with change management strategies and the ability to navigate organizational challenges associated with process transformations.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in the field of: Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government.
  • Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Malaysia Government
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and address future business needs.
  • Malaysian citizen
