Job Description
Summary


Position Purpose


As a Business Test Analyst I, you will coordinate and perform testing for major system enhancements, including reviewing documents for testing, creating test matrices and executing test cases. Utilizing your strong research and analytical skills, you will function as a liaison between the operations areas and Information systems by researching technical production issues for immediate and long-term resolution. You may also partner/communicate with other internal/external customers/plans.


Description


What You'll Do:


  • Research and document system problems and assists in their resolution. Review and complete various daily reports to ensure system is performing as expected. Prepare written reports and analysis, including recommendations pertaining to system functionality. Utilize internal and external applications for technical research of system issues.
  • Prepare and review test data and test matrices for system changes. Develop test matrices to accurately reflect changes and details expected outcome. Execute test cases and evaluate test results for errors. Report problems through appropriate channels and suggests corrections for a successful implementation. Utilize internal and external software necessary to support testing and development of skills.
  • Function as a liaison between the production operations areas, other area testers and Information Systems to facilitate communications. In addition, assist customers and testers with issues that arise both in production and during testing.


To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • 2 years of experience working in related processing support systems.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic business math skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Related systems support knowledge.


We Prefer You Have


  • Critical Thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and assist with multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with working project implementation framework
  • Bachelor's degree-in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or other job-related field.

Training will be a hybrid of in-house at Percival and W@H.
