Business Systems Analyst I will be responsible for analyzing various distribution processes and their impact on the business. You will play a crucial role as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and serving as a member of our center of excellence think tank.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....


  • Conduct data analysis and research related to distribution center operations, identifying variances, discrepancies, and gaps. Use these findings to identify improvement opportunities and provide timely recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects, adhering to Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Maintain issue logs and proactively track and follow up on problems
  • Assist in developing project plans using appropriate project planning tools, including work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, detailed tasks, and deliverables
  • Independently initiate, research, investigate, analyze, define, and document process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Continually seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones, promptly informing clients and project managers of any potential delays
  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contributing to a comprehensive knowledge repository
  • Develop reporting tools and create dashboards using Business Intelligence Software (e.g., QlikView) to enhance visibility and support data-driven decision-making
  • Understand the organization's direction, structure, and requirements
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of test plans

  • Experience in data extraction, mining, and modeling, as well as process mapping and root cause analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, and Macros would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of current best practices in Supply Chain Optimization, Transportation, and Distribution
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects within specified timeframes
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision
  • At least 1 years of experience in relevant warehousing experience
