Summary

Our client is seeking a Business System Analyst (CRM Super User) to enhance the use of current technologies and implement new sales productivity technologies that will support Sales Operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer experience objectives.


The focus will be technology infrastructure, lead generation, dealer development, and leveraging the current technology to drive efficiencies and scope new applications.


Location

Hybrid or Onsite option. Greater Milwaukee, WI area (3 days a week in office required)


Compensation

Compensation is highly competitive Base + Full Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K


Job Details

  • Test or coordinate testing of new installations or upgrades
  • Responsible for tech infrastructure and CRM management
  • Learn, master, support, and improve all Sales Operations software solutions
  • Leverage new and current technology to drive process efficiencies
  • Implement and improve technology processes to drive profitability
  • Document business processes for users of new and current systems
  • Analyze Sales Operations processes and proposes effective and user-friendly solutions to inefficiencies
  • Keep apprised of, recommend, and/or implement new technology and software that will increase efficiency
  • Seek opportunities to streamline and/or automate processes
  • Assist with reporting and analytical insights for management as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Minimum of four (3) years as a Systems/Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role supporting Sales Operations
  • CRM Super User / Subject Matter Expert with experience implementing, updating technology, and training how best to utilize the technology, especially someone who has led or been part of a team that has deployed and enabled sales through a CRM platform.
