- Translate project objectives into realistic and achievable timelines
- Act as the conduit between our customers and our business, taking ownership of gathering and understanding customer requirements for specific projects
- Track resource usage, provide accurate utilization/burn reports, and proactively manage team capacity and project throughput
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans and timelines for each initiative
- Foster close collaboration with customers and internal project teams, ensuring effective communication, documentation, meticulous planning, and seamless execution of projects and programs
- Gain a profound understanding of our customers' businesses, including their objectives, pain points, growth opportunities, and success metrics. Comprehend how success will be measured throughout the engagement
- Formulate comprehensive work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, expediting project delivery within the designated time frame
- Provide expert recommendations to optimize customers' utilization of Braze and its technology partners (i.e., Twilio Segment) along with other components within their tech stacks
- Delegate tasks to the project team, ensuring adherence to all timelines
- Offer guidance and support for customer communications, arranging and orchestrating on-site visits, curating agendas, delivering compelling presentations, and illustrating the value of these visits to our esteemed customers
- Deliver precise and punctual program engagement forecasts by meticulous planning, understanding dependencies, and forecasting outputs
- Experience in gathering and analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights to support business decision-making
- Familiarity with data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lake principles
- Experience in mapping current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined and efficient solutions
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- General knowledge of schemas, customer profile concepts, and profile stitching
- Capability to identify and resolve business challenges by proposing practical and innovative solutions
- Proven ability to track and report project progress, risks, and issues, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks and obstacles to ensure project success
- Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring, to ensure successful project delivery
- Proven experience concurrently leading multiple project teams through various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition,, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout
- Understanding of data modeling techniques and tools, along with the ability to create visualizations and dashboards to present insights effectively
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations
- Ability to adapt and consult on areas or new technologies that may be unfamiliar to you, embracing challenges with enthusiasm and curiosity
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in conducting system and user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions
- Confidence in conveying complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
