Performs a wide variety of professional analytical work in support of department goals. Compiles and analyzes data, makes recommendation on policy, prepares reports, assists in budget process, assists in design and implementation of department/company programs, Board Reports, Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA’s) and helps to maintain schedules on department commitments.
Essential
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supports the departmental team to ensure resources are available and goals are tracked and met.
  • Performs as an integral member of the department’s leadership team to ensure effective interfaces and integration of activities with other organizational units, and attainment of performance measures.
  • Compiles information and prepares General Manager Requests (GMR).
  • Supports the department recruiting efforts.
  • Prepares power point presentations, reports, special studies/projects, delivery schedules, and manages the required Inter-Governmental Agreements for the department.
  • Establishes and maintains internal procedures to provide consistency throughout the department in regard to budget, project schedules, office/space planning, training and vehicles.

Qualifications
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • The ability to develop and facilitate team work to positively affect efficiency and productivity.
  • A minimum of five years of project management experience working with budgeting, scheduling and program administration
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
  • The ability to identify complex issues and recommend alternatives to resolve issues.
  • Ability to use sound judgment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with public officials, Board of Directors, , peers, and the general public.

Pay Range
$87,289.00 - $135,298.00 Annual
