Itron is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics Associate to join our Business Operations team in Outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead small projects, and project teams, that utilize the output of on-going analytics work and drive the resolution of issues, or the capture of opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with managers and stakeholders to proactively assess and track key financial and business metrics to drive successful results
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
• Build reports through a variety of tools (PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.) and support the development of presentations and content for operational reviews
• Develop and deliver key reporting data and on-going analytics, spanning various Outcomes functional teams (weekly, monthly and quarterly) that drive operational excellence and goal attainment
• Data modeling and visualization experience
• Support the Outcomes Business Operations team and senior leaders in analyzing and translating business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation and application of data driving the Outcomes business
• Interest and ability to learn and adapt to evolving project needs
• Ability to organize and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI and related data/analytics software tools
• Perform data analysis on large data sets and identify trends, gaps and opportunities that enable business unit success; utilize external data points, trends, and relevant market data/information where relevant to overlay context onto data-driven observations
• Create analytics delivery and collaboration vehicles that drive timely communication and dissemination of data, trends, and where needed propose next steps to help the organization move from data/analysis to analytics to action

Preferred Experience

1-3 years of experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related discipline.

Travel: 0-10%

Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
