What You'll Do
  • Support office management activities including equipment ordering and inventory, kitchen stock, and other items as needed
  • Coordinate new hire activities such as introduction emails and basic user account configuration
  • Operationalize and standardize the management of vendor and partner agreements
  • Integrate, monitor, and continue to advance employee onboarding and training program
  • Maintain and support existing organizational structure of SharePoint and Teams-based file system
  • Execute on strategic internal projects
  • Organize and implement security and compliance-related measures at the direction of the Executive Team
  • Take on additional tasked activities as needed
  • Lead effort on actualizing employee engagement activities including team events, weekly lunch, and recognition programs
Your Background


  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-managed
  • Skilled application of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the drive to continually advance in this skillset
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Tenacious and resilient approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to take large, complex items and break them down into understandable and actionable components
  • Strong collaboration skills and an understanding of how to navigate complex decision making
  • 1-2 years professional experience in operations, admin, or planning, preferably in technology industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively onsite
