Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Manager, ViiV is responsible for continuously consolidating, analyzing, and reporting insights for Cabenuva to understand “what is happening with Cabenuva today”. The Manager will work to analyze product and market trends and to identify opportunities and risks for Cabenuva and support attainment of brand priorities. The BI Manager will work with the BI Director to be accountable for partnering with multidisciplinary teams to analyze key issues in real time and translate outputs from analyses into actionable solutions for the Cabenuva brand. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of proactively identifying potential applications of analytics and proposing solutions, rather than always reacting to business requests. The individual will need to understand the market fundamentals, competitive environment, and analytic techniques to discuss the findings with business partners. The Manager will report to the Director, Business Intelligence at ViiV.

• Provide insight to support continuous improvement of processes, analytical tools, and vendor management optimization
• Act as steward of critical brand level insights and be the key conduit in relaying the brand narrative, including the ability to communicate complex information succinctly for consumption by leadership and educate cross functionally to matrix stakeholders
• Have a seat at the table and support the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
• Play a key role interacting with brand teams and senior leaders; lead with agility to effectively deploy team efforts
• Other tasks as assigned
• Triage brand and market questions and reconcile implications to support the execution of brand initiatives
• Responsible for promoting data-driven decision-making in our commercial organization by delivering clear data and analytic stories and ensuring the opportunities and risk are well understood
• Build structured approaches to test hypotheses, extract actionable insights from data, and develop recommendations to drive business performance

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• 4+ years of Healthcare industry experience with a focus in first and third party data analysis
• Bachelors degree in business, science, market access
• Demonstrated understanding of complex dynamics affecting HIV treatment
• Experience in reporting and communicating complex information in a clear and incisive way

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and successfully manage high impact projects and initiatives, excel within a matrix work environment, and effectively interact with all levels of management
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities/timelines and operate in a fast moving and very changeable environment without day to day oversight
• Experience monitoring evolving pharmaceutical landscape and gathering insights to support pharmaceutical initiatives
• Understanding of the HIV therapeutic area is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and successfully manage high impact projects and initiatives, excel within a matrix work environment, and effectively interact with all levels of management
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a high level of initiative and a strong ability to find creative solutions to challenging unstructured situations
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and interpersonal influencing skills
• MBA or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to utilize internal and external data sets to identify key trends and/or opportunities
