Job Description

About the Job:

The Business Intelligence Analyst is a key support role that provides analytical support critical to the success of the Toyota dealers, customers, and our internal business team. The role provides data analytics to support customer business reviews, dealer initiatives and projects, monthly business operational requirements and key miscellaneous projects. This role is crucial to the success of our high growth business providing innovative data solutions that help drive business results and improve our processes.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Interface with customers, dealers, internal team and IT to provide key data analytics and improve our business
  • Create and train others on standardized and flexible reporting capabilities
  • Advise business team on data focused business improvement measures for customers
  • Be a business intelligence power user: build and deploy systemic dashboards & reports
  • Develop and manage key metrics used to support the Toyota aftermarket business
  • Research industry trends and have deep knowledge of material handling operations within dealer network and customers


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to work and analyze data (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
