In This Role, You Will

• Track key performance indicators and trends to guide data-driven decisions
• Utilize software to conduct analysis and manage data processes
• Implement new data or analysis processes based on changing business and/or industry conditions
• Interpret data through patterns, trends and other means to effectively share with management
• Partner and collaborate cross functionally with all other internal business functions
• Receive data requests, gather requirements and deliver results on time
• Provide support to Veterinary Services and help drive growth in revenue and margin
• Query data from Snowflake to build dashboards in Sisense for business users
• Create and improve dashboards giving the company greater insight into different avenues of the business
• Collect, clean and transform data to prepare for advanced analytics and modeling

Recommend alternative data or analysis solutions to management based on available data and business needs
NOTE: This position is not remote.
Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, etc.
• 1-3 years of experience analyzing data and processes in a corporate environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• 1+ years (including education)working with data visualization tools.
• 1+ years (including education) working with SQL with the ability to use different clauses and joins.
• Understanding of Relational Databases (i.e., fact and dimension tables, keys, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with creating effective visualizations based on given data.
• Ability to use data to inform, give recommendations and influence stakeholders.
• 1+ years (including education)working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management and/or process improvement experience
• Experience with Version control working with code (i.e., GitHub)
• Proficiency with R or Python
• Experience with statistical and machine learning models
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Sisense
• Advanced experience with hands on Dynamic Reporting
• Experience with advanced queries, such as: subqueries, Common Table Expressions, Window Functions, Ranking, etc
