Summary Of Objective


This role is responsible for facilitating business insights reporting and dashboard development as determined through specifications of requested use cases primarily utilizing Excel and Tableau. Collaboration with functional area SMEs will enable this role to provide a vital service to the organization – putting the right information, at the right time, in the hands of the organization for decision making and progress/project measurements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned.


Project management for use case development and completion, have and execute a repeatable process for discovery, development, and iteration. Administration of an enterprise Tableau user access and licensing and act as online administrator for PCI’s account. Demonstrates strong understanding of Tableau architecture, Tableau Data Prep, online tools through the development of reports and visualizations in accordance with use case requests. Displays advanced skill capability within Tableau to utilize functions including level of detail expressions and table calculations. Leverage program experience to provide perspectives on the best ways to visualize data and tell data stories. Collaborate with internal team-leads and analysts to test, clean, and standardized data to meet the business requirements. Create PCI’s Tableau best practices, develops and maintains standard templates and Tableau use guidance. Debug problems with Tableau report runs, prep flows, or dashboards. Utilize familiarity with SQL to establish the correct data connections to support use case development. Collaborate with data architecture, infrastructure team to communicate necessary requirements and ensure all requirements are followed. Demonstrates solid communication skills and documentation skills to maintain workflows and dashboard functionality. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel. Completes all job duties in compliance with company policy, SOP’s, safety rules, along with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, FDA, cGMP standards and employment law. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required


  • Depth of knowledge in supply chain, scheduling, planning and project management disciplines and systems
  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
  • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.


Preferred


  • Continuous Improvement / Lean/Six Sigma
  • Information Lab Data School Certification
  • 3+ years of experience working with Tableau Prep & Tableau Desktop
  • Previous experience in a cGMP environment
  • Prior experience with Order to Cash processes a plus.
