Provides direct support to the Senior Business Architect. You will work closely with leaders to identify strategic capabilities needed and leverage business architecture artifacts, such as explicit graphical models, to create enterprise and business area implementation roadmaps. The Business Architecture Analyst will catalog, develop, coordinate, communicate, and maintain Business Architecture principles, models, and standard components used by the business.

  • Develops repository for Enterprise Capability Model.
  • Works closely with business partners to identify business requirements, needs and functions.
  • Develops presentations according to Business Architecture and company standards.
  • Provides comprehensive Business Architecture consultation to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensures conformance within projects and programs to Business Architecture guidelines.
  • Develops and maintains Business Architecture model consistency and integration.
  • Maintains contact with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are understood and met.
  • Oversees the creation and governance of business architecture artifacts, as well as common standards and methods for developing and incorporating business architecture in the enterprise.
  • Follows business architecture practices to elicit needs, analyze opportunities, and provide workable solutions.
  • Uses Business Architecture methods and techniques for modeling technologies from a business perspective.
  • Understands the meanings and relationships between various Business Architecture models.
  • Develops and coordinates business architecture plans and approaches.
  • Oversees maintenance, validation, and governance of Enterprise Capability Model.
  • Develops and maintains project level and business level model consistency and integration.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to be viewed as trusted advisor to organization.
  • Excellent presence and communication skills (including written/slides).
  • Requires 5 years of relevant planning and analysis work experience, management or strategy consulting preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly and refine/prioritize questions to solve complex problems.
  • Certification by the Business Architecture Center of Excellence (BACOE) preferred.
  • Requires organizational skills and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,719 - $107,481 USD.
