How you can make a difference

The Senior Business Analyst will be working in one of the fastest growing industries--Healthcare Financial Management. The position requires flexibility and creativity in gathering and interpreting information to then be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for process improvements. Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gathered from internal systems, databases, and external resources.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist with development and execution of test plans.
  • Document product capabilities and serve as a product subject matter expert.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document processes.
  • Provide SCRUM team support within the SDLC to clear team blockers.
  • Keep team members informed of items that impact their projects.
  • Assess the severity, impact, and root cause of production defects.
  • Develop product recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Participate in Product discovery efforts and conduct GAP analysis.
  • Develop and document use cases used to inform solutioning decisions.

What you will need to be successful

  • Experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience reading, writing, and executing SQL scripts.
  • Strong problem and issue resolution experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working within diverse and complex projects.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Excellent data driven storytelling and documentation skills using clear and compelling visuals.
