The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA) will work directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, identifying test requirements, creating test cases, perform testing, and being the primary functional liaison to the technical development team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and managers in order to discuss problems, correct plans, and implement organizational solutions
• Partner with business owners to define, analyze and interpret the project requirements for the purpose of aligning the business needs with the product/application delivered by IT ensuring quality through
• Responsible for software development testing and code promotions of applications and processes (both internal and external) used to support our Warehouse and Order Fulfillment operations

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years in QA testing
• Any integration experience is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA) role
• Must be able to gather business requirements and refine existing business requirements into project requirements via a product backlog
• Experience with performing business analysis, process analysis, requirements analysis and elicitation
