The ISO Underwriting unit of Verisk Insurance Solutions is hiring a Client Support Analyst as part of the team developing and supporting ISO’s Electronic Rating Content (ERC) product.  As a Client Support Analyst at Verisk, you will be part of our Underwriting Products team, working closely with product managers, IT, customers, marketing, and sales to enable success for our customers and drive the ERC product forward.  
About The Day-to-Day Responsibilities Of The Role

• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems, identify potential process improvement
• Where required, provide regular reporting of billable hours and services revenue; ensure all targets are achieved  
• Ability to develop and retain in depth knowledge of Verisk Rating and ERC Rating offerings
• Develop and manage project scopes and associated requirements
• Work with business development teams in the development, manage and support of new Partners
• Facilitate and maintain ERC offerings for new and existing customers
• Keep management apprised of critical problems and the status of all assigned Customers/Partners
• Ability to work independently and within Team environment
• Participate in other duties as assigned by the AMO Director and senior management. 
• Serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers
• Work with management to develop performance basis measurements and complete all defined responsibilities
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. 
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding business opportunities with new and existing Customers. This includes developing account business plans, supporting sales, and implementing Customer strategies
• Knowledge of API technology and API requests
• Production support for answering questions around ERC product offering
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications

• Commercial lines admitted business experience
• Highly motivated self-starter, with strong analytical, inter-personal and leadership skills  
• Prior product development/management experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site customer visits.
• Technical skills which include competency with development environments and insurance software products would be a plus  
• Polished communication, presentation, and leaderships qualities  
• Ability to garner attention and convey confidence in ability to teach and coach Customers/Partners  
• Proven background in effectively managing customer relationships
• BS/BA or equivalent
