Business Analyst, Forecasting - Remote

Education (Required)

• Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science, Economics/Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain, Engineering, or Statistics or related field OR equivalent combination of experience.

Experience (Required)

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Possess project and problem management skills
• Prior experience using statistical packages (SQL, Python, Tableu or similar) for analyzing datasets preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in Inventory, Forecasting, or retail management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications with advanced Excel skills
• Highly team-oriented in nature and can promote open communication among teams to ensure collaboration.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Solid communicative abilities to create presentations and presenting findings
• Must be quantitatively adept and analytical
• Capable of managing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines

Physical Requirements
General office environment requiring ability to:

• Lift up to 15 lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
• Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
• Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,880 – $103,320 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
