Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idaho's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking candidates with a passion for excellent customer service and outstanding hospitality to join our team as the Building Services Director.


As the Building Services Director, you will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members! You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Building Services department on our 100-acre campus. You will coordinate and supervise the various Building Services projects throughout our community. This includes things like apartment and home refurbishment; landscaping and groundskeeping; electrical maintenance and installation; heating and cooling systems; ordering project parts/supplies; ensuring all state and federal codes are met; and maintaining the Building Services budget.


Annual salary of $72,000

*This is a salaried, exempt position with on-call status.


The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Additionally, successful candidates will have:

  • Previous positions must demonstrate increasingly responsible experience in large campus management and 5+ years’ experience managing staff
  • 5 years experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and hands-on experience in the trade services
  • Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Life Safety, carpentry, painting, floor coverings, etc.
  • Possession of a valid driver's License
