Exercises first line supervision over building maintenance staff. Supervises, directs, and participates in the performance of all custodial and maintenance activities with maintenance staff. Ensures the mechanical, ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing systems for all of the municipal buildings and facilities are operating efficiently, properly and safely.
