SALARY: $94,400 - $112,100

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • MCRS Owner for bi-annual Material Management Review
  • SuEP Pillar Owner
  • ZBQ Brewing lead for zone & brewery audits (organic, kosher, BRC, etc.)
  • Facilitate/Support Procurement & MRP Initiatives (Transload qualification, trucking option vs railcar, etc.)
  • Update and Maintain BRM Division Specifications, processing requirements, and raw material quality monitoring.
  • Lead Champions Initiatives related to Raw Materials
  • Evaluate and approve of new & alternate ingredient suppliers for new and existing brands
  • Conduct physical audits of facilities
  • Manage the material DMR process and site quality incidents
  • Manage and maintain quality and regulatory documents
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter able to effectively manage and influence multiple levels of the organization
  • BS in Science or Engineering field preferred
  • Highly focused on results and providing a structured system
  • Knowledge of the brewing process, ingredients, and brewing equipment
  • Results oriented and continuous improvement driven
