Salary $80,000 - $102,000 per year

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in the food and beverage industry. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Write reports, procedure manuals, and business correspondence to communicate brand strategy and performance to internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, social media, and events
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Manage the brand budget and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights
• Experience building and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
• 2+ years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in CPG, Food Industry, and/or Dairy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience writing reports, procedure manuals, and business correspondence
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
